I decline to give away any specific IDs in answering this question, but rest assured that the Peeps are not dealing with the SLN for their tech transfers. They are dealing with individual governments/trans-stellar corporations, many of whom see a direct personal advantage in acquiring firsthand data from the war front and not sharing it with the central government or the SLN. I will not go further into what their motivations may be.
