Chief, "Mange you look upset."

Mange, <I am.>

"Why?"

<Well with all the People joining the war effort they have had to increase taxes to pay for it.>

"Bound to happen, so what's got your goat?"

<The new exercise tax on celery!>

It's not poor writing that I complaining about but the size of the thread. The thread is like 66 or 67 pages on the forum.

[quote="pokermind"]Mange, <Ah Chief, Page two again.>

Chief, "Yep, and no brave soul came up with a good joke, you got one?"

<Kind of, What do you call a two-leg poster who voices wild unsupported claims of poor writing in the Honor Harrington Series on these forum while attacking Runs-For-Celery?>

"A Troll? A Flamer?"

<No, Speedy57.>

"Did you notice the offending thread was dunked by the Duckk?"

<The Duckk finally made ups his feather covered mind that the series of posts were slow spam?>

"Hey you six limbed walking flea circus don't insult the Duckk, you'll get us in trouble."

Chief, "Hmm, I like having all the jokes in one place. How many times have we seen the same topic repeated in thread after thread and you have to page far back for answers you recall in a previous thread, see current thread on Nimitz's Transmitter where one of RFCs comments is linked, or jobs for treecats in greater Manticorin society that has had at least one previous thread.

"However I see your point since for a new comer a thread of over 60 pages is daunting no doubt. Comments?

"I wonder if one long tread like this one is easier on the server than multiple threads? Duckk or other computer expert?"

"If not perhaps this cartoon was true and no joke:

Considering the Mesan-Alignment's unofficial nlckname (M'Align), it's time for the Grand-Alliance to focus on what's really important - a makeover of their group identity.

In the interest of balance, the group formally known as the Grand-Alliance needs to reconsolidate its centre around Beowolf, and to allow a fixed total of only 9 political entities/groupings in its makeup(regardless of any stragetic implications!), thus creating the Beowolf-Nine (B-9)

This then paves the way for the upcoming conflict between -

    M'Align
    Vs
    B-9
That should clear things up for the fence-sitters!

Ps - filed under lack thereof.

BTW - "Its" is not a word and is a logical impossibility. The word "it" is a singular pronoun. It therefore has no plural possessive form at all. The singular possessive form of "it" is "its." - Or so Mr. Google informs me!

      We're a weird bunch here on the forums. All day long we sit around trying to predict what RunsForCelery will do next.

      I guess that makes us Weber Forecasters.
