Q2: Miranda and Andrew.

Q3: Batman. The fight between them would have to be awesome, considering he is supposed to be trained in most martial arts to a black belt level.

Q4: One of detwillers sons. make him start to suffer...... 8-)

Q5: Houseman. chances are i'd end up slugging him too. :lol:

Note that Q5 does not ask what HonorVERSE character you don't want to sit next to, but rather what HonorCON character you would find objectionable.

Hence my own confusion on how to even begin to anwer that.

Hmm
2 - Midshipwoman Raghnild Pavlitec (I'm sure I butchered the spelling of that). Just getting started, knew enough about her that she wasn't a faceless character.

3 - hmm... maybe Iron Man/Tony Stark. Though I think I'd rather have him meet Sonja Hemphill than Honor. Let's see what he could do with Honorverse tech...

4 - I forget the name, but the immediate superior of those two competent Sollie intel people. It's time for the SLN to drop the idiot ball.

5 - Maybe Eric Flint? Would be hard not tell him everybody in the Honorverse knows what a dollar is, and/or argue politics ...

Have to be Joe Buckley then, just in case his bad luck spills over into the real world..... :D

1) Warped sail plane and/or hang gliding record trophy

2) Let me think about this one. Until I come up with my own answer, see drothery's answer, at least for now (Tue Apr 09, 2013 6:05 pm).

3) This one's easy, BUT it's not in the way you'd expect. Forget about Honor herself…
I'd like to see Nimitz meet the "Fuzzies" from H. Beam Piper's "Little Fuzzy" series of books, with the "Ewoks" (from Star Wars) coming in a close second place, or even a tie.

Oooo Oooo! I just remembered: "Pip" from Alan Dean Foster's Pip & Flinx Adventures series. THAT Alaspinian minidragon would be my second choice... So, push the Ewoks off to my third choice.

4) No need. I expect that DW will eventually deal with this.

5) I thought I'd also hold off on answering this one, but I find that I agree with Spacekiwi (Tue Apr 09, 2013 4:58 am):

Q1 Warped Hang Gliding Record Plaque

Q2 Black Rock Clan

Q3 Tony Stark- Iron Man. I think that he is the most interesting & fun superhero.

Q4 Benjamin Detweiler. To be dealt with appropriately by a horde of angry tree cats dressed in battle armour.

Q5 Tricky one this one. I do not know any honorcon characters well enough to answer that one. The Honorverse character I would least like to sit next to on a plane
is Reginald Houseman. Just think of being stuck next to him for hours on a plane and not being allowed to deck him because I might violate air safety regulations.
