What's that you sign, Mange? The celery salt has interfered with your ability to properly read mind-glows? I see, well that's awful. Fortunately, I happen to be a fully qualified Sphinxian vet as well as an Admiral, and you can trust an Admiral when he tells you that the best way to clear your head of celery salt poisoning is to find a nice friendly hexapuma and ask it to dance. Trust me!

Unfortunately for Fleet Admiral Werrf's plan to rid the Honorverse of the garlic salt crazed treecat Mange there are no hexapumas on Grayson. Asked to comment Fleet Admiral Werrf said, ", it seemed like a good plan at the time." In a stage whisper to the audience, "Drats! Foiled again by that snarkey 'cat!" This is Mange; This is Mange on garlic salt; German Cover In Fire Forged from Honerverse Wiki Foreign Cover Competition. Silly and Solly meet in the spaceport.
"I am waiting for the Shuttle nr.1" - said Solly. "Okay." - said Silly. "My shuttle is nr. 2" Then they sat on the bench, and waited until shuttle nr. 12 was rolled on the launching pad. Then they both boarded it, and went on their way. |

Anybody got ideas for a "mirrored" DisHonorverse?
You know the one - where the ruthless leadership of Imperial Manticore is supported by CatSec, which consists of goatee sporting treecats and their adopted two-legs... |

That creature generates seriously bad vibes. And i'm not talking about two-legged one ;) That goatee? Creepy with capital C. I can already tell that this guy never, ever read anything about Nimitz.

Three admirals -- a Solarian, a Havenite, and a
Manticoran -- were discussing what courage was. The Solarian admiral said to the other two "Let me show you what courage is," waving over one of his junior staff officers. He then told that officer "Go over to that 50-meter flagpole, climb up to the top and salute." The Solarian officer promptly carried out his admiral's order, scurry- ing quickly up to the top of the flagpole, where he saluted his superior officer. The Havenite admiral looked at his Solarian count- erpart and said "Impressive. But let me show you what courage is," and waved over one of his staff officers. When that officer arrived, the Havenite admiral said "Go to that 75-meter flagpole, climb up to the top, and salute." The Havenite officer carried out his order just as quickly as the Solar- ian officer had, and was soon saluting his super- ior from the top of the flagpole. The Manticoran admiral looked at his fellow admirals and said "That was admittedly courageous, but let me show you both what we of Her Majesty's Navy call cour- age." He then waved one of his officers over and said to him "Go over to that 150-meter flagpole, climb up to the top, and salute." The officer looked at his superior with bug-eyed disbelief and said "Begging the Admiral's pardon, but you can go straight to Hell, sir! My parents didn't raise any crazy people." The Manticoran admiral turned to the Solarian and Havenite admirals and, with a smug, self-satisfied smile said "Now that, gentlemen, is what we call true courage in Manticore." Paladin62 |
