I am thinking that a whole book is a bad publishing choice for his style - it should be published in smaller chunks but a lot faster. Think about the differene between a series and a whole blockbuster - I think a "series" style would be better.

Clearly, DWW is using phrases (not necessarily titles) from old hymns. He may pick another from one of these three hymns. I could see the use of "thy deepest distress" or "My righteous, omnipotent hand"
