Just some short negativity.
I used to enjoy the manifold discussions about different Weber universes, international politics, and random topics. Now the only topics are concerning Honorverse minor details. Reminds me of the mediaeval discussions of how many angels can fit on the head of a pin. Heated arguments about when pods became used in whatever and such. Sorry to be a dampener people, but it's a story and RFC has the say. Trainspotters in the 40th century? If the general discussions don't restart, I'll be sad, but plenty of other interests. |

Well, the activity winded down since RFC stopped to appear here. ------------------------------
Oh well, if shortening the front is what the Germans crave, Let's shorten it to very end - the length of Fuhrer's grave. (Red Army lyrics from 1945) |

You can thank Reddit for it. They've drained every forum across the internet. Mind you, banning certain "dead horse" topics doesn't help. A newbie who just picked up OBS for the first time and wants to talk about you-know-what can't do it here. So they don't. That leaves a dwindling old guard squeezing ever smaller drops of blood out of stone. |
