Typo in Toll of Honor

I’ve noticed that the Peep territory “Samson” alternates between Samson” and Sampson”. I wonder which one is the one DW Intended.

Welcome to the forum. I see in a map of the Honorverse (image found below), that the system is named "Samson". Be aware that the author has to use voice to text software, so things like this can creep in.

Unfortunately, there is no complete universal map, or even a complete list of the planets or systems in the PRN or current RHN. David has deliberately not shared much data with us so he does not paint himself into a literary corner.

In addition to the voice capture software issue, David's been doing this so long, with so many ideas that were thrown out, some details have been forgotten. A Prime example of this is Talbot. Talbot is a star system between Manticore and the PRN, was a member of the Manticore Alliance, and was a capital shipbuilding center mentioned once (in SVW iirc). When David later invented the Tablott cluster (note the double "t"s), he had forgotten about the single line speaking about the Talbot system (single t). And when asked about the shipbuilding there in a discussion about rebuilding after the Oyster Bay strike, we had to remind him that it had a Capital shipyard.
