I do not know about the others, but "Requiem" - An Honor Harrington Story by David Carrico is available here:

By clicking the download button, it did write to my download folder after I chose my preferred format. Note that it asked me about blocked content when I tried to open it. I have found that it is the included picture of the book cover which is objectionable and by cutting the picture out of the file and copy and pasting the picture from the web site; that the error message goes away.

Are you running Windows? Because there is a version of new Windows that will only allow downloads from the Microsoft Store, but it is possible to turn that "Safe" setting off.

PPS: You are being very trusting by showing your email ID. The Forum has a "private message" ability to allow one member to send to another in a way that hides the ID to all but Duckk. I expect this is to prevent harassment, so you might want to edit your post and remove that ID.

"Grayson Navy Letter Home" is in _Baen Free Stories 2012_
"Letter from Stephanie" was part of "Honorverse Tech Bu9" which is in _Baen Free Stories 2011_ (it also includes an excerpt of a SKM immigration pamphlet - on Sphinix).
