Do we have any information on what the Havenite flag might look like? The Honorverse Fandom site uses an eleven-pointed start on a roundel. For some reason, I was thinking Haven’s flag was green and gray stripes, but that’s probably mixing up a few other things.

RFC said "refitting a Beowulfan SD to Manticoran standards would be just as difficult as refitting a standard SLN SD to those standards. In other words, it would be cheaper and faster to build new ships."

Whoops - that is the armed forces flag. The PRH flag is just like it, but rotated 90 degrees counter clockwise and the gold bars are grey.
