So, I've been looking recently for the Pearls of Weber (infodump.thefifthimperium.com), and it appears to be offline?

If it really is offline, is there any word on when it will be back or whether it will be moved to a new location? The FAQs here would handle it, but not is as nice a format...

Hmmm, weird. And all of the other sites on Fifth Imperium seem to be up and running.

Its still there under the FAQs section or at least was there two minutes ago :D

You misunderstand, he is talking about the fifth imperium site, which he likes better than what appears under the FAQ heading. Notice the URL above.

Got a message from Joe, seems his host upgraded PHP to the latest version which broke a bunch of things. He is looking into it.
