Another update Amazon has shipped AOV expected delivery is September 20.

i ordered feb 5th. i did call customer service, took 3 agents but they were able to tell me where they were coming from and how soon

Actually to Amazon and the USPS my book has been delivered and is waiting for me at home. Yay two days early.
