True, but there could have been labs destroyed by Marinescu and her team before the final set of explosions set off by Albrecht.
It's possible, but remember that Marinescu and her team was to make it look like Ballroom terror attacks - at least to the credulous. She had at least one attack that was to eliminate people they couldn't manage to get off-planet in time, but for most of them, the objective was to cover actual evacuees. It was no part of her script to destroy installations that had "interesting" information. That was Albrecht's job, and it was a much longer term and more thoroughly planned operation.
Besides, explosions that intentionally look like "ballroom terrorist" operations are intentionally crude and aboveground. There is no way that the Gamma Center explosion, for example, could have been passed off as a Ballroom terrorist operation to any competent analyst. If they were going to get rid of another installation, it would have been planned for from the beginning.

I seriously doubt that they would have created a special "Siberia" just for Simöes. It was something that already existed. Wherever it was, it was certainly protected by a suicide bomb build in when the installation was created, just like the Gamma Center.
