For real though, how long before the Mayan Autonomous Regional Sector ratifies a constitution and becomes the Republic of Mars? There's no way a name that clunky is around to stay.

Or just rename itself Syriana or Tarabithia, or Westworld? Oh, no that woild not be in the character of the Honorverse, better go with Meropia or Morassia or Maitland, or some other M name
