eARCs aren't part of the normal, scheduled release cycle and usually aren't listed until they're available for sale.

So we have the date but is there the time it will be released?

Midnight, or some other hour?
GMT?
Eastern?

I want to know the earliest time to get this present from the Easter Bunny. Better than chocolate and less calories.

The last e-arcs came online around late afternoon, my local time. I got the last mails from the E-ARC-announcement-conference at Baen's Bar at least in the timeframe between 18:00 and 18:30 Middle European Time (Summer time is valid only since March 25; last E-ARC was announced March 16) But I live in Germany, that means, the time I write this posting is around a quarter to 3 p.m., Middle European Summer Time, Compared to GMT, we're now 2 hours further down the road.

I've never seen one come out on a major holiday, so I'm not sure previous history is any guide this time. I'd expect to be either very early or very late, as the publishing elves will likely be busy with their families the majority of the day.

Here's hoping for 12:01 AM Sunday morning. EST. :D

You got no argument from me. After all, that would be around 6 or 7 o'clock in the morning here in central Europe. To wake up and get my fix instantly - I can't think of a better kind to start a new day. Especially a holiday. :D

Much as I would like it, an April First e-arc, to be
true.
My money is on April foolishness.
RFC and Nimitz have very similar funny bones.
