IIRC that was well after High Ridge became a guest of the crown, and I doubt there would have been anyone at the videod meeting with High Ridge who so closely resembled Prince Michael.

Sounds like a mighty fine photoshopping job to me. Commodore Hakon Ellingson, just another rather dark complexioned officer serving in the RMN. Dark skinned enough to be confused with any other of QE III's relatives (ex: Admiral Gold Peak). At least enough to give one the impression...

The technology obviously exists because Haven faked up Honor's "execution" so realistically that everyone who knew Honor believed it utterly.

Pretty sure it's real. RFC doesn't play like that.

What's interesting about the photo is that there was presumed plastic surgery. If it happened back when High Ridge was in place, there should have been some note taken.

An operating system like Linux can easily accomplish commands, jobs, queries in the background. It will even send encrypted output to another terminal or device. Windows will also execute commands in the background.

The match was made with an OLD, poor quality, surveillance video. There might have been any number of reasons for prince Michael to attend meetings with High Ridge, and I doubt that every meeting the reporter taped were illegal conspiracy gatherings.

So far, Prince Michael is the best match for the details, but it could easily be some other Scion of the Winton Clan or some closely related clan.
