Several acquaintances and I have long since discussed something like this. Consider a video version of Google Earth. There is a network of live cameras that are accessible throughout the world called EarthCams and I keep it running on several screens in my home. I suppose it is a little like the Dempsey's background concept in the Honorverse. At any rate, what Australia is pioneering with the Ghan is ahead of the curve and is the stuff of visionaries. People stare at my huge screen for hours on end watching nothing but live feeds. There are times people ring me up saying...

"Yea! There you are!"

Times Square on New Years Eve and July 4th are simply musts!

Scenic routes through countries would be highly sought after. Camera mounted drones, Go Pros, etc., etc. The world is an oyster simply waiting to be captured, live, on screen.

Spoke to the production cmpany and yes, they are working on a DVD.


Anyway. Our Federal government have been attacking workers pay and conditions since they took power. Including removal of weekend penalty rates.

So this week what does the PM do? Gives his staff a 30% pay INCREASE.

That right there is the conservative oligarch in a nutshell.

It's the opposite in graduate school. The ultra-liberal professors spout left wing rhetoric all day long. But when it comes to the concept of minimal workers rights for graduate students and postdocs, they could rival a right wing talk show host any day.

Just going to throw this out there....

If Trump is 6.3", 239lbs... I'm a fluffy pink unicorn.

Is there anything this administration won't deploy people to lie for them about? I feel sorry for that navy doc being sent out there with his clear marching orders to try to convince people the clearly obese out of shape president is "in excellent health".

Actually there's something to this.

Before yesterday he was officially 6'2.

And 239 is 1 pound under being classed as obese.


Got to wonder why, and what other things tbe Dr. Stated that weren't correct.

Yeah pretty sure he didn't suddenly grow taller at age 72 when he was standing eye to eye with 6'1 Obama a year ago.

They clearly lied about the numbers to put him a hair under being officially obese. Which is telling when even a cursory glance at any of a thousand photos taken of Trump in the last year or two will tell anyone they were lying.

If they would lie about that...

Can we just take a step back and reflect on the fact that "President paid 6 figure bribe to porn star he cheated on his new wife on" is like.... the 3rd or 4th worst thing to come out about the administration in the last couple of weeks alone and can barely break into the news cycle?


This is what you have brought the American presidency to Trump supporters.
