I believe that the collective noun for a gathering of Weber fans is: A Quibble.

No. It is Celerians. A Quibble is more specific. It is reserved for the techheads, its etymology rooted in Nibble the Honorverse equivalent of half-byte. Son, your mother says I have to hang you. Personally I don't think this is a capital offense. But if I don't hang you, she's gonna hang me and frankly, I'm not the one in trouble. —cthia's father. Incident in ? Axiom of Common Sense |

"Celerians" is only Honorverse fans. You might find a Quibble of Celerians, or you might equally find a Quibble of Charisophiles or Dahakians. .

Not exactly Harold. I'm attempting to give you some classified information. The word historically came into widespread use after Horace Harkness demonstrated what could be accomplished with access to a minicomp and just half-a-byte. Horace was quoted to have said... "When I went fishing, I only needed a nibble and not a whole byte." It remains classified to protect Horace's... special talents. Being members of this forum, you all have proper clearance. Subsequent skillsets are also called quibbles. It should represent the word's first meaning in a dictionary, but for it's classified nature... Destroy after consumption. Son, your mother says I have to hang you. Personally I don't think this is a capital offense. But if I don't hang you, she's gonna hang me and frankly, I'm not the one in trouble. —cthia's father. Since we know so much about what the characters are
thinking and feeling, does that make us honorary treecats ? Hence we need a clan name. |

"Begging Snippets" clan? ******
