There are a couple of repositories of maps. Here's one that contains everything I've seen except the "illegible map."

FYI, David hasn't shared any substantive maps in awhile. Everything recently has been... "Tactical".

It's got a lot of information from the books and David's comments,and a lot of "logical assumptions" based on that information and then some totally out of left field stuff.
