The book is at 0%. That 90,000 words is an appendix treatise on the ultimate fate of the ex-SLN SDs.
Or possibly a tech bible on dual use frigates with Treecat Marine crews

I hope he's nothing like me. I can take a story I've written and edit it, then re-edit it , then re-re-edit it, ad infinitum ... and never be done with the fool thing. Seriously, I'm glad he's doing and (hopefully) feeling better. ****
Just my opinion of course and probably not worth the paper it's not written on. |

Handwavium has an odd shelf life. It has an exponential decay with each publishing in the series 'til final book, wherein a 360,000 word balloon payment becomes due or the remaining stockpile of handwavium is lost forever. Therefore, Mr. Weber is 25 % complete into using it before losing it. Seeing as that destroying those hapless SDs require no handwavium, Mr. Weber may have to frivolously find a use for them even if simply to have something on which to spend some of that stockpiled surplus handwavium. Son, your mother says I have to hang you. Personally I don't think this is a capital offense. But if I don't hang you, she's gonna hang me and frankly, I'm not the one in trouble. —cthia's father. Just for clarification, is that 90,000 words of new plot or does it include previous scenes 'from a different point of view'?

Hell, I still want to re-edit the things I've already had published. It takes a major effort for me to turn aside from the ones that are done, done, done and move on to the next one. Tony

I am forecasting that they will be used as targets to test out the new longer range energy torpedoes. |

I am just glad that he is still functional and able to write. Even happy enough that it takes as long as it may, just so long as he can finish it |

Uncompromising Honor.
Mighty peculiar that the author always seems to win this category. If I didn't know any better I'd say that traditionally, this particular event is always fixed. But back to Uncompromising Honor... Can an optimist and an opportunist take this title to mean that Honor lives... that her hull integrity shall not be compromised? Son, your mother says I have to hang you.
