Just get a VPN, there´s even free ones.
However the real problem is the fact that "torrent" does not equate "illegal", yet they´re blocking sites based on that stupid kind of thinking.
The copyright mafia just needs to die horribly.
I´ve switched almost completely to buying new games from gog.com and similar, because they do not sell games crippled by copyright protection schemes so stupid that it´s easier to play using a pirated version of the game than by buying it.
Most amusingly, earlier this year here, part of the copyright mafia was going to start a campaign that would include a website and claim letters...
However, they set everything up, but forgot to actually register the name they were going to use for the website...
So guess what Bahnhof(major ISP that constantly keeps badgering authorities misusing rules) did? They registered the name and sent a claim letter to the copyright idiots for IP abuse.
The campaign was dropped and buried before it was even started.
