The AP:

Short version: it's a term white nationalists and white supremacists came up with to try to legitimize themselves by getting people to call then that instead of the more clear "racists".

And the media never should have gone along with it, but they did... although now they seem to be waking up a little... although it's a bit late...

Agreed. This is one assembly of groups that deserves the term racist.

OK, Linda McMahon as small business advisor could be interesting.
Wonder if Kane will get a gig as well.

The likely next National Security Adviser being a completely deranged conspiracy theorist is going to be even more "interesting". Can't wait until the first emergency deployment of the military to prevent Agenda 21 UN Black Helicopters from invading Texas or something.

And who betterto put at the helm of the department of labor than a blood-sucking capitalist who hates paying his employees minimum wage and makes them punch out to clean up after the restaurant closes.

yes it happens, and yes all the fast food chains deny it even as they pay the fines for doing it.

Why the hell is President Elect Trump continuing on with the PR bull shit about landslide wins?

Hell, why are people buying it. It's not hard to look up.

46th out of 58 elections by EC, 55th out of 58 elections by popular vote.

He's trying to control the narrative. Psychological studies have shown that if you repeat something that sounds as if it might be true enough times people will believe it, even if it is not actually true. He won by a lot more than predicted so "landslide" doesn't sound completely outrageous even if it doesn't necessarily match the historical data. Therefore the phrase landslide doesn't trigger people's false-o-meters. Repeat and repeat again, eventually the standard way to refer to this victory will be as a landslide. It's a classic persuasion technique, advertisers use it all the time.

Hey, Biochem, what do you think of this bit of analysis? Both links to the same author and provide a more complete analysis.

It matches well with much of Trump's picks, especially Tillerson (assuming Tillerson isn't a stalking horse). His pick of Wilbur Ross is also an astute pick. They'll need a foreign policy chief that understands the flow of oil as it relates to geopolitics as well as someone who knows heavy manufacturing supply chains.

I am looking at my portfolio and making adjustments. Betting on capital flight to the Angelosphere looks like a good bet.
