I've had plenty of christians use their religion as an excuse for trying to rip me off.... but I've yet to have any arab/muslim i've dealt with try that.

PUH..LEEEEZE! we're talking Grayson, Not any major (and many minor cities) in the US where there are more strip clubs than mosques, adultery is as easy as Craigslist.com. Won't speak of "christians" know as many bad as good. Know pretty few Muslims and about none since university. Except for the Palestinians that seem to own all the Lebanese restaurants.

I always pictured Dempsey's as a 'McCormick & Schmicks' type of place, minus the focus on seafood. For those unaware, they have locations in dozens of major (1m+) cities across the country and their dinner menu runs in the $25-$50 range. Nice atmosphere, nice cocktails, and the 'dress code' is pressed jeans with a button down or nice. In other words, the type of place that middle-class people can afford to go to periodically while still being nice enough for the really wealthy to patronize when they don't want to go to real fancy joints.
