The "US Presidential Candidates" thread was going hot and heavy with about 650 posts, but there hasn't been a new entry in two weeks because RFC's new Honorverse novel has been so controversial and he's been teasing us with Safehold snippets. Why is David Weber trying to divert the conversation away from the election? What is he trying to hide? Why has he not released his medical records, tax returns and birth certificate? Can he prove he was actually born in the Star Empire of Manticore? Where was he on the night Cathy Montaigne's townhouse was attacked, and why has that story never come out?

You have to expect PICAs to be devious, but in this case the programming is somewhat suspect. It is probably to distract us while Dahak is lining us up for The Apocalypse Troll to hit us from Out of the Dark.

You have it all wrong, Daryl. Alley DeFries, Megarea and Tisiphone are organizing Vlad and his Out of the Dark buddies to counter act the Detweiler genotypes from controlling this election. The best Alley could do was Shanghai Loki's court jester to run against Detweiler's broken down Omega line.
