Given the sudden and rapid splurge of snippets, do you think RFC is going to keep up this rate and do the whole book :-(

If so, I shall have to undertake a self denying ordanance leave the forums alone until Nov, and wait till the book comes out - I really, really prefer to have most of it fresh!

Of course, it may just be 'end of term' joy - RFC glad to be back amongst the living [as it were] and he will settle down to a more sustainable rate.

Any ideas?

If Tor can meet their November scheduling, then there's not enough time to do the whole book at the current rate. Call it 2 chapters a week, so about 20-25 chapters before release.

From what it seems like in past books RFC is more then happy to snippet the first quarter to the first third of the book.

Considering it's supposed to be out in a little over two months we will probably get about what we normally get. It's at an accelerated rate because he started so close to the release vs say Like a Might Army where snippets we t on for several
Months longer.

I suppose I do, although I'm too lazy to go count them.

:P

We have had about 20K words in the 5 'in order' snippets and
Himself says the book runs to about 323K words without appendices
