6 pm (eastern)is still afternoon, but its midnight here in Germany
And i'm still not retired.

35 was many moons ago, I see no reason to gripe. eARCs are done as soon as they can do them, that means you will sometimes have schedule slips. There isn't really anything Baen can do because they don't know. Figuring out when it would be available would be taking time away from actually making it available and probably wouldn't get an answer much sooner anyway.

The eARC is up, but the bundle does not yet include SOV 11:55am PDT.

wait a minute. there IS an eArc? so that means I purchased the bundle for nothing? I only get half the book? I need to purchase the eArc?

you'd think after all these years I'd learn a thing or two.

The eARC is not going to be updated or revised. The bundle will give you access to the final edited version of the book when it is released.
