My guess is first half of the EARC, that seems to be their new strategy with high profile books.

THE eARC has always been sold whole. Sample chapters and the monthly ebooks have been released piecemeal.

So my hope is the entire eARC next week.

Friday, August 19th, was never an option; not after David said, he plans to turn in the book on Monday - that is: today.
And the newsletter Baen delivered explicitely expressed to look for the e-ARC "early next weak" - that (for me) translates to today or tomorrow.
