Nimitz's mistake of pushing his Honor into her swimming pool during SVW.
Shannon Foraker for all the times she is being her sweet adorable tech need self (Oops did I say that out loud?)
Honor for never bringing a ship home in one piece

IIRC Nimitz's mistake was getting hit by return fire and going for a unexpected swim.

Didn't she bring Farnese "home" in one piece?

Well, at least as in good a shape as Honor got hold of her.

Anyone who goes up against Honor in personal or professional way. They have a tendency to wind up dead or disgraced.

Denver Summervale dead
Pavel Young dead
Stephen Young disgraced
Georgia Young disgraced and running fast and far
Michael Janvier disgraced
Edward Janacek disgraced and dead
Reginald Houseman disgraced
Marisa Turner disgraced
Elaine Descroix disgraced
William Fitzclarence dead
Samuel Muller dead

You could probably add Dimitri Young too.

You forgot HMS Hawkwing and HMS Fearless (CA-286) on her first deployment.

Imperator has been Honor's flagship since At All Costs, which has to be something of a record.

Sandra Crandall for not taking the option to contact her superiors before the Battle of Spindle.

It will only count if she manages to turn it over to someone else to use as a flagship intact.

Didn't, in a conversation, Albrecht Detweiler (sp) say that Descroix was "taken care of"? Most probably very dead.
