We are still creating content for the book. No date has been scheduled.

While everyone's waiting, a good diversion can be found here.
It'll be interesting to see how much of what's there gets used and how much gets de-canon'd in favor of the stuff in HoL.

I'm more interested in the third book, which I believe I recall will cover Torch and Sisliea but House of Lies will be fun.

The 3rd book is supposed to cover the SL mostly. And Mesa.
