In September 2015, I attended the Library of Congress National Book Festival in Washington. David presented there. Took them a while, but his presentation is now viewable.
The link to his presentation is: https://www.loc.gov/today/cyberlc/feature_wdesc.php?rec=6939 The link to the presentation transcript is (txt file): http://stream.media.loc.gov/webcasts/captions/2015nbf/15_scifi_dweber.txt I THINK someone else had a link in one of the threads as well, but thought it would fit here just as well. In his presentation, David talked at length about what he's working on (or at least what he WAS working on at the time...) Cheers, |

Heard today he will be attending Pyrkon (Poland) in April. I think this means he is fine and just working...

We really need some snippets from AtSoT - readers are losing interest. It's been more than two days since the last post!!!

Yup... The posts are slowing to a trickle... Even a single snippet from the next book would fire up the forum for a while.

As of the last update I saw from Duckk a week or two ago, he was still working on finishing the next Honorverse bk. Not clear how much if any progress he has made on AtSotT. Duckk did seem pretty sure that the book would NOT make the publication date currently posted on Amazon.

The rest of us can make conversation without him. I would rather David concentrate on writing than talking to us, even though snippets would be nice. |

True, but even a short post, of I'm alive and this is what I'm currently working on would be nice. We can't expect a schedule of completion, since I wouldn't want to hold RFC to that. The best works are done as soon as they are, but no sooner. |
