Well, anything he comes up with is going to have to be on par with "Goodbye, Citizen Chairman," "Oops," and "I think we need to talk."

(I still think "Goodbye, Citizen Chairman" is the single greatest quote any author has ever written, anywhere, in the history of everything, but I cheerfully acknowledge my bias in that department.)

L. Detweiler: "*defiantly* Do you expect me to surrender, Admiral?"

Honor: "*quirks an eyebrow* Surrender? No, Mr. Detweiler, I expect you to die! *launches every pod at her disposal*"

Personally I rather think it has something to do with her promise to Hamish after the Yawata strike: That whoever is responsible for the attack will just live long enough to realize who is killing him.

I have this feeling by the time the gets to the quote in question, the expectation may be so high, that some people will be disappointed. Or, someone will have guessed it by then.

Oh, you mean something like viewing wreckage of Malignment fleet and saying...

"This is one small step for [a] woman, but one giant leap for mankind!"

I know it's not a one-liner, but I could visualise Honor surveying the wreckage of the MA and quoting Shelley's Ozymandias - in full.
Cheers
John
PS: Look up the full poem, to just the last line!
