Second part of podcast interviewing Himself & Joelle: http://www.sfsignal.com/archives/2016/0 ... -part-two/

They're the first 30 minutes. There's more discussion of the Honorverse than the Multiverse in this, including the following tidbits:

Next book, we see a lot of Firebrand, and Scotty snookers the SLN on stage.

Last book of the current series is planned for April 2018 - 25th anniversary of OBS [and Himself's 20th] - and we have been promised that Honor delivers her best line ever. On a par with "oops!". And not a hint of what she says.

If you missed it, part one is here: http://www.sfsignal.com/archives/2016/0 ... r-part-one

Which leaves us two questions, IMHO.

First, what is currently the most memorable Honor Harrington line? (I discount "Let's be about it" since it's used multiple times and we know it orginated with Captain (now Admiral) Bachfisch). In other words, what must the MWW have Honor outdo?

The two that come immediately to mind for me are:

"Your Grace, I have only one question. Do you wish this man crippled, or dead?" -Flag in Exile

We're home, System Command," she said. "It took us a while, but we're home." - Echos of Honor

Other may have other lines uttered by HH. I'd welcome seeing them.

The second is if this book is to be entitled Shadows of Victory, that leaves the final book to have an "Honor" title, so allow speculation to commence on what that title will be. I vote for "Honor Triumphant" myself. YMMV, so post it here.

To the Alignement.

This is Admiral Honor Harrington, RMN and Steadholder of Grayson commanding The 1st fleet of the Grand Alliance.
You visited a supprise attack on both the Star Nations of Manticore and Grayson with no delaration of war which resulted in millions of primarly civilian casualties on both Star Nations and an allied race. You have been the basis and primary mover in the genetic experimentation and creation of millions persons customed designed for and sold in genetic slavery. You have manipulated countless people into what amounts to a civil war involving a large portion of the human race in the known galaxy which has killed and is still killing countless millions more. There will never be a rock big enough nor far away enough which will we not turnover and find you to repay you for what you have been doing.

I am here today to deliver our 1st response: All units:
All Targets - Fireplan Expunge,
Execute

Too long. The most memorable line has to be short.
