I would appreciate it if a Safehold Companion was published. Said Companion would preferably have the following things...

1: A topographical map of Safehold
2: Notes on Safeholdian Geography
3: A history of humanity on Safehold
3a: A history of the early days before the destruction of the Alexandria Enclave and the war with the Fallen
3b: Histories for the major nations (Charis, Harchong, the Temple Lands, Chisholm, Dolhar, Desnair and so forth)
4: Details about the major safeholdian nations
5: In depth information about the Church of God Awaiting, it's theology and similar
6: Safeholdian wildlife (including domesticated plants and animals)
7: Technology, both pre-merlin and post merlin.

With respect, I want MWW/RFC to at least complete this current Arc of the war with the CoGA. While another interested party COULD do a compendium of what has already appeared in the 8 current volumes, I submit that only our Author could do the majority of your wishes and his time is very limited. Also, anything he were to write right now might limit his imagination for future volumes / Arcs. He has stated that he does not fill-in the maps until he needs to for the story line for that very reason.

What say you, my peers?

Actually much of this info is available in the Pearls, the FAQs and David's posts. It hasn't been systematically drawn together, but it is there.

I'm in violent agreement with these sentiments. :)

There is a Safehold wiki somewhere which answers many of thos questions though of course it is limited to existing textev. An official one with new information would be fun.

Their is the Safehold Wikia it is run by the same person who does the Honorverse wikia. It's not as complete or as good as the Honorverse one, but is still a good reference source.

Those wikis are a good sourse of info as long as one remembers that the information is not always completely accurate. In short, accept what they say tentatively.
