Poof!
You are now the proud owner of three starships. Two are standard eight megaton tramp freighters upgraded with military drives and compensators. (circa 1900 RMN Standard) The third ship is a pod-laying Q-Ship based on the same freighter design and upgrades as your two standard freighters. What do you name your ships? .
. . Answers! I got lots of answers! (Now if I could just find the right questions.) |

Link'Em, Blink-Em, and Blight. Emphasis on the blight, especially if that third ship is equipped a la HMMAC Wayfarer.

Manticore, Gryphon and Dragon. (all three named for the mythical creatures rather then the planets). with similar names no clue given as to which are freighters and which is the q-ship

You name them after the Dictator For Life and Afterlife's three eldest daughters. Or his wives or mistresses. That will convince everyone that they're all worthless pieces of junk.

SS Augustus, SS Estelle, and SS Abigail.
Augustus and Estelle, for hidden power under an unassuming exterior. Abigail, for hidden power and the ability to directly kill you dead under an unassuming exterior. ~*~

I would replace Dragon with Sphinx, still a mythical creature but made up of parts of others like the other 2 are. .
