Got mine today, Amazon not only has a fleet of drones but they have a heard of turtles that they strap the books to their backs and send them on their way. Stuck in a warehouse in West Virginia for three days.

The lengthy glossary and index of characters led to a rather unpleasant surprise for me. I was happily reading along and suddenly the book was over. I was caught by surprise by the final chapter because there were so many pages left.
HaHa. I did the same thing. Forgot about the glossary, and boom it was over.
LAMA caught me that way. My kindle version was saying there was a decent % of the book left and suddenly I'd hit the end of the story. So I knew better and ignored the the deceiving little numbers that told me I was only 83% done as I hit Oct YOG 987 this time. Still annoying though.

Maybe have a one page at the end that gives a link to a list of characters that is on the web somewhere, I would keep the glossary in the book since its fairly short. But the character list.. is becoming bloated.
