I was supposed to get my copy of HFQ today but it didn't arrive. Was looking forward to having my coffee and starting the book. I do nt have a kindle or ebook but can the book be downloaded on my IPhone?

Yes. You can use either Amazon's Kindle app for iOS or iBooks, which is already installed on your iPhone.

FYI: AMAZON USA sold me my Kindle version at $2.99 since I had already bought the dead-tree version. So if that is where you bought your 'heavy' edition, check that for the ebook version. :)

Well: I like that!! Had I only known, I would have made the same decision.

A parallel marketing is happening with recorded music... I never gave up my vinyl records and turntable and this week I got "Sermon on the Rocks" by Josh Ritter... Blue vinyl and a CD included in the package. Not the first time I had this happen with a new release "album"
Just my 2 ₡ worth

OCTOBER 14 - My Amazon purchased dead tree version arrived yesterday, and when I look on the site - Amazon is offering the Kindle Version for $2.99 (Because I bought the dead tree) I looked after Charybdis originally posted his about luck in September and missed that opportunity - I do not know how long this will last as it's usually $14.99 for the Kindle Version.

Finally - my dead tree has been chopped, pulped, scrawled on & dispatched :-)

It might even arrive in time for the weekend! :D

I put one on hold months ago at the library and got in early enough to get it as soon as it's unpacked and put into inventory.

I dropped in to ask how long that would take.

They said about a month.

I went home, clicked some things on Amazon, and was reading it in less time that it had taken just to ask at the library.
