Ah - thanks. I've just been reading that series over the last few months, for the first time, so I recognised the 'Carnedosian' word, but was wondering if there was some cross universe leakage

And in other places too... In "Out of the Dark" the two dogs named at the end of the book are "Nimue" and "Merlin."

As I posted a almost 7 weeks ago, MWW presented at the National Book Festival in Washington DC. I subsequently learned that all of the presentations were recorded, and that the presentations would be posted. Below is the YouTube link to the 2015 National Book Festival playlist.

David's presentation has NOT been posted yet - but the number of recordings is (slowly) going up so I hope to see it soon.

If you want to get good insight into why David's characters think and act the way they do, watch the presentation (when it is finally posted). Having read almost all of MWWs works over the years, it was very insightful, and I came away saying to myself "Oh Yeah... Now it all makes sense."

It'll also get you thinking about the REAL realm of possibility - especially where some of our threads on this board appear. For example, recruitment of kids to serve as a cadre of special forces is probably right out...

"A Call to Arms" (I've got it, just haven't read it yet)
"The Apocalypse Troll"
"Hell Hath No Fury" (collaboration)

Got all the rest and re-read them pretty regularly. I spend a lot of time on airplanes (12+ hour flights - one way) and read to relax...)

Of those three, I liked Apocalypse Troll best. A fast paced easy read...
