SPOILER (only if you go to the book preview)

Some interesting information can be gleaned from the Characters section of the book especially Hector's mission in HFQ.

Link please! I can't find the preview text on Amazon's website. Is it something you only get if you preorder the book?

The "Look Inside" option did not show up when searching on Amazon, but it did show up when I followed the google search "hell's foundations quiver preview" results

go figure...

Definitely. One patch looks kinda grim - but the cover may actually make sense < BEG >

I must agree that reading the bio of some of the characters is specifically quite grim....

Spoilers (HIGHLIGHT FOR SPOILER) <I finally figured that part out>

 Especially if you look in the G's and review Hektor's new role ..... interesting note: Merlin's character page was omitted, coincidence or not?

Just click on the picture of the book and the preview text should come up. Make sure you're signed into you Amazon account also. You normally get a bigger sample that way.

If you search on a character name their page in the list comes up. Any given search won't display all the back matter, but anything that comes up can be viewed, unlike the text itself.

An excellent, if small addition to what we've already read. Grim reading indeed.
