If we have had the Last Snippet all we need now is for Leonard of Quirm to paint the formal picture.

Well my fellow denizens of this forum, with a mere 2 five-week fortnights to go as of Wednesday, 09/22/15, methinks the pleading and whimpering has done us no good since the July 27th Snippet #28, a drought of 58 days that will probably end at 78 on 10/13/15. :(

MWW appears to have tuned our opportunes out as he has, I HOPE, turned on his mike to add words to one or more of his various threads / universes / fictons / story arcs ... ahh, you get the drift. So I think that this particular thread should be put to bed, having done yeoman's work in picking, prodding and prying snippets from the HFQ mine. 8-)

I am looking forward to the forum post-HFQ and speculating. What will the name of our next installment be in the Safehold Saga? When will TOR publish it? :)

BUT, BUT MOST OF ALL, when will the first whimpering plea for a snippet echo through these hollowed hallways? I confidently PREDICT that it will be quite quite soon after the book's announcement. (I like betting on SURE things!)

What say you, my peers?

I'm reasonably certain the first pleas for the first snippet from the next book will come later in the evening on the day HFQ is released.

You think it will take that long?

A common mistake people make when trying to design something completely foolproof is to underestimate the ingenuity of complete fools.

we'd probably already be asking for it if we knew what the next title was (or at least had a working title).

I had hoped, given the long delay for the actual publishing date, that our favorite author would already be well on the way to completion of the next book, but any comments I've seen have indicated he has spent the time working on other series.
