Ok, I can agree with that entirely, but I think (given Janacek's reaction) that the High Ridge government would have been very divided on the issue; but for Descroix or some other folks, suffering in the wake of the big pro-Centrist leanings of the soon-to-be-seated San Martinos, it probably would have floated around--even if it was just the press speculation.It probably would have had some effect on government policy (esp. since they seemed to be running constant opinion polls).
