In his intro to the latest HFQ snippet, RFC says he has started work on the sequel to SHADOW OF FREEDOM. That is good news. I am looking forward to it.

point 1. knowing the pace at which himself writes. 3 to 6 months before its done point 2. turn around from baen on a weber book is 4 to 6 months for edditing. point 3. toni knowing point 1 and 2 will likely schedule the book for roughly 1 year to 18 months from now. point 4. roughly this all means earc could be out by xmas |

point 4 is unlikely, imho. After all, we know of some other distractions, David has to adress in the next months - like ... oh, proofreading of HFQ and RTH, for example. Or family chores and health issues (both of himself and his wife). Imho we can be regarded as lucky, if the e-arc will be out around easter 2016. Maybe we get the e-arc of RTH around xmas - after all, that 3rd installment of his multiverse-series is bound to hit the shelves on March 1st, 2016 (according to Amazon) |
