Welcome to the Official Safehold Speculation Thread! This is where anyone and everyone can post their own speculative theories, ideas and thoughts on what we might see in upcoming Safehold novels.

First, a few rules:
1. Follow the forum rules and information guidelines.
2. Don't take credit for someone else's speculative theory/idea/thought.
3. Any speculative theory/thought, no matter how crazy sounding, is always welcome.
4. Keep speculative theories/thoughts related to what is stated in the official Safehold content (ie, the novels).
5. Be nice to people and give them room to talk.
6. No spoilers allowed!
7. These rules can be added to/updated/modified at anytime.

So go ahead and post away your speculative theories and thoughts!

We will see Corisandians as a fighting force in the Siddarmark; and I wouldn't be surprised, if a certain Duke of Darcos is leading at least a part of this contingent.

A copy of seijin Cody's personality is still out there, probably on his "miraculously" never-decaying body.

Highly likely, I believe. Cayleb and Merlin- most likely the latter- is gonna bring them into the Inner Circle, so that the two generals can continue military operations against the AOG and its allied forces

Hanth will join the inner circle. No problem there, and it needs to happen!

Eastshare never will, since it would destroy him. He's a believer, so Ahbraim Zhevons will have to keep steering him.

Kaitswyrth is toast.

So are a lot of inquisitors! :D

Wyrshym may have the brains to retreat before Green Valley hits him from both the east and the Sylmahn Gap.

The Haarahld VIIs will arrive in the Gulf of Dohlar. :twisted:

Civil unrest in Desnair, and possibly a civil war. With the Gulf of Dohlar and the Gulf of Jahras both cut off by the ICN, and the "road" to Siddarmark cut in six places, Desnair is out of the war for good. It's also out of communication with the Temple, which has never happened to a mainland realm before... :idea:

We may finally get the Battle of Gorath Bay, where the Haarahld VIIs will get to strut their stuff. Dohlar may sue for terms.

Thirsk will "die" after surrendering what's left of his fleet. Since Thirsk is gone and no longer needs to be threatened so he'll behave, the Inquisition will release his family, who will immediately take an extended leave of absence in sunny Charis.

The horde of Harchongese are going to be a major pain. I'm not sure which side they'll threaten most. (Everybody hide your wives and daughters!) :lol:

There is some sort of module on the moon, what it is has yet to be determined..

The Duke of Darcos will either be the leader of the first tank division or squadron of airplanes
