Publication Dates from The Book Depository:

The Sword of the South - 4 August 2015
Hell's Foundations Quiver - 8 September 2015

A few weeks ago that was accurate. But TOR has slipped the date to October 13 for HFQ. Baen has already pubished the eARC for SOtS and the August date is still correct.
I just finished the SotS eARC, and I've got to admit, I saw more errors that clearly resulted from the speech recognition software RFC uses than I've ever seen in any of his eARCs before, so I see where editors are helpful. It was a fun book though.

I have been considerably amused by the weeping and wailing about the Oct 13 Pub date. Does no one remember that the original pub date was 1 Nov, and how overjoyed everyone was when it got advanced to early September? October is still a couple of weeks earlier that we had originally heard, so I wonder if the original move up was Amazon attempting to flex its muscle, and Tor just found out that it flat couldn't meet that date.
