Still 4 days early... at least. Besides, RFC doesn't read this thread! "Oh bother", said Pooh as he glanced through the airlock window at the helmet he'd forgotten to wear. |

I would think he'd read this thread for comic Don When any group seeks political power in God's name, both religion and politics are instantly corrupted.

As I said earlier RFC's slipping, the updates have gotten so infrequent that I no longer feel burning anguish and a need to click refresh....
I'm down to checking the forum every other day.... RFC's anguish maximization system has slipped a cog... |

I only check for a new snippet every couple of weeks. The threads are interesting enough to keep my interest between snippets. I must admit the spacing between snippets seems to be getting longer, but the snippets themselves are getting longer as well, so on average we're getting about as much new stuff per week as when Drak posted much smaller snippets 3 times per week. Plus we don't make fools of ourselves conjecturing about things that will be made clear in the next paragraph! Well, not as often! "Oh bother", said Pooh as he glanced through the airlock window at the helmet he'd forgotten to wear. |

"Niethil’s hand, still under someone—or something—else’s command, kept right on moving. He fought desperately to stop it, but it moved smoothly, efficiently, punching in the same F5 key he’d already pressed several times that day."
I think the Mesans got me. -------------
'Oh, oh' he said in English. Evidently, he had completely mastered that language. |

Wrong universe! Seriously snippet sequence seems to have stablized at 1 every two weeks plus or minus. I would expect the next one as early as Friday to late Sunday... Don When any group seeks political power in God's name, both religion and politics are instantly corrupted.

When the most recent snippet reaches 13 or 14 on the list of active threads . . . . it is time for a new snippet!
I am not young enough to know everything!

When the last snippet has almost slid off the page, it must surely be time for another!? And has anyone noticed how cleverly our favorite author has manipulated our posts? Where once all discussion focused on the tech or the battle plans, all the latest threads have been on politics or social structure. Well played Mr. Weber, well played!
