I was about to have a midnight snack of cheesecake and then I read your post....I do not feel like eating now. All the joy has been taken by reading that the Japanese have learned to turn sewage into a dinner's delight! :(

If you think about it this is a basic protein resequenser from Enterprise, or a replicator from Next Gen. on.
Take waste, break it down to its basics, then build bake up to something else.
Science at its best.

Well My Lord, even if nobody else understood it, I did. Like the family who went to the Oriential diner and had a good meal. When the guy bit into the fortune cookie the thing said ..."that was not chicken"...

We try to cook organic stuff only. Very expensive. Even then one does not want to know too much about what went into that animal feed. In the future processed food will have all sorts of "???" stuff inside?

Cherry cheesecake with lots of vanilla ice cream at midnight sounds fine to me. I do great on my on going diet until about 10 pm at night ... then I totally blow it. Yumm yumm. HB of CJ (old coot) :)
