Was, kinda still is. Drove past it 3 weeks ago. Should have stopped and taken my own photo I suppose.

Been a while since it ran under its own power though...
Given the weather on Safehold (and the proposal for railroads) a more conventional locomotive could be a better option - i.e. Lombard Steam Tractor.

The last photograph is a Phoenix Hauler, the Lombard had two horizontal Cylinders while the Phoenix has four vertical cylinders.

But if you look at a Shay or Climax locomotive a family resemblance becomes clear.

And a small marine steam engine looks remarkably similar - so why not build a family of engines for marine, rail and road use.
