All Honorverse books are available at http://www.baenebooks.com in more or less any format you could want. By "book 18," what book do you mean?

If you are not in the US, it's up to David Weber's publisher in your country. If you are, all Honorverse novels to date are available in Kindle format at both the Kindle store and as mentioned above, at baenebooks.com.

If you have or have access to other formats you can elect to convert them to Kindle(mobi) format via several free online converters.

If you have a version of Linux, several converters are available for free.

Linux is free. Many reasons to at least run Linux as a Live CD or from a thumb drive. To take advantage of so many freebies, leaving Windows intact.

I think you can buy them directly from Baen in mobi format, which is the unencrypted kindle format.
