In the morning or the evening? Choose one. What is the problem, at least if you have street lights.
Down South, what are street lights? If there are street lights, they are in the city. On the outskirts, where kids are concentrated, if there are streetlights, they are spaced too far apart. In rural areas, and in the country, there are NONE. The roads are so dark, that if your car lights go out, you're in a ditch. If you are walking on the street, you walk by FEEL. Since you are living so far out, your bus begins very early in the morning, if the bus driver lives in your area(and they do) in order to collect all kids in time to get them to school. It was dangerous thirty years ago, even before perverts began kidnapping kids. Now kids have to worry about two types of hit and run.
Things are a bit different down South, USA.
Unphuckingacceptable.
