Not sure about his last words but news reports claim one of his last tweets (if not THE last) was signed with "LLAP"

He always signed his tweets and emails with 'LLAP'

Who would have dreamed that Captain Kirk would outlive Mr. Spock? After all, Kirk must have picked up a bundle of nasty and exotic STDs from sleeping with green women and females of all the other species he met! I'm not sure he properly understood the term "Prime Directive!" ;)

Now the captain is almost the last one left. I guess it's fitting in a way - after all, he's supposed to go down with his ship. I wish he'd do that instead of constantly berating me to book my next hotel room using Priceline.com!

RIP Mr. Spock. Your best moments were when your humanity got the best of you...

"Oh bother", said Pooh as he glanced through the airlock window at the helmet he'd forgotten to wear.

Watched Trek Nation the other night. (Roddenberry's son.)
He pointed out that within the stories there was not the usual infighting we see on other sorts of series. Just honorable people on the same "team" trying to do the right thing.
Data trying to understand what it means to be human, Spock's lack of emotion, which managed to help us all understand it- Worf and his quest for honor; the non-humans who became role models. Star Trek as model on how to together live a civilized life.
And likely, without Nimoy, there'd have been none of all of that.
Fare thee well.
