He was an inspiration to me. The character Spock inspired me and got me interested in science.
It was a result of that interest in science that led to my getting a BS in Physics. Leonard, you are in my prayers... May you be hanging out with Gene, Majol Barrett, James Duhan, and Deforest Kelly. |

I have seen a report that his actual last words were "live long and prosper." I hope that is true.

As do I. Does go to show the impact that POSITIVE fictional characters can have. Roddenberry's Star Trek was almost unique in Visual SF in portraying a positive message and the character of hybrid Vulcan-Human Spock was an important part of it! -----
What say you, my peers? |

Rest in peace Mr. Nimoy - You were a favorite character for me and my father and brother. And to his family I say: "may the heavens comfort you with all the mourners of Zion".

He was a great person and a great actor. Although my parents and grandparents initially cultivated my interest in science and science fiction, Leonard Nimoy's portrayal of Spock helped to sustain and nurture it in many ways.
RIP Mr. Nimoy. |

Not sure about his last words but news reports claim one of his last tweets (if not THE last) was signed with "LLAP" |

Nimoy.
You helped to create one of the most believable non-human characters of the small screen. You helped to entertain (and educate) millions. There is only one thing I can say. Shaya tonat. You will be missed. "Shaya tonat" translates roughly as "thank you." An alternative translation is "I appreciate it." ~~~~~~
I can't write anywhere near as well as Weber But I try nonetheless, And even do my own artwork. (Now on Twitter)and mentioned by RFC! ACNH Dreams at DA-6594-0940-7995 |
