So, does RFC live in the Northeast? is he still working on shoveling out his driveway? Or maybe he has been waiting for his power to be restored?
Or do we need to change our expectations, maybe the schedule has changed from about 10 days to an every other week schedule? RFC hasn't posted anything on the forums since the last snippets, fWIW. |

I believe he did mention needing to slow down unless he wanted half the book posted by the time it' out :p Although, don't let my recollections stop you from posting any more snippets if you're ready to, RFC |

I guess I'm starting to wonder what is going on. Tomorrow marks 2 weeks since our last snippet. Now I will cheerfully acknowledge that David doesn't owe us snippets and quite frankly, my own life would go on quite nicely without them.
But this is starting to look a bit out of character and I find myself concerned that something serious might have gone wrong. We know that Sharon has had health issues in the fairly recent past. So I will only say that my thoughts and prayers are with David and his family. I hope all is well. I enjoy the snippets too, but prefer not to have read half the book by snippet before I get it. So if there's more time between snippets, that's fine with me, especially if he's working on another book.

He lives in Greenville South Carolina, which to the best of my knowledge has not been buried under upteen feet of snow. ========================

I must have missed it. When did RFC say that? I much prefer snippets every 10 days of course, but I can live with one a fortnight. I just wish RFC would tell us what he is going to do then stick to it. However, he said he was going to do a snippet of Sword of the South over on War God every week or so and the last one there was the 22nd too. So it does look like it's something to do with him rather than concerns about over-snippetting HFQ. |

RFC is just probably very busy and is in all likelihood prioritizing his family before feeding the unwashed snippet-hungry masses.. --- Jack of all trades and destructive tinkerer. Anyone who have simple solutions for complex problems is a fool. |
